tedy5.jpg (64891 bytes) In 1996 the Home Brew of Brian "Coach" Poor was completed using this label for bottling. This fine AFC Champion Brew is bottled and labeled for our private consumption under the auspicious name of Bruschi's Victory Brewsky. The Elixir is now entirely consumed but Tedy keeps (kept) a sample bottle in his locker.
tedy6.jpg (50318 bytes) During the 1997 Season, David "Charts" Chartier joined me in producing a fine quality stout which we elected to use as a sequel to our highly rated first run. Being the second series it was dubbed "Bruschi Brew II" and was even more successful than the first run. Both BEvERages now adorn my Bruschi Tribute with autographs of the man himself. He has been sent a sample of the Beverage although no review has been provided.
